AWS Backend Fullstack Developers x 2 - 10 months (extendable) - Banking Client - Toronto

Our client in the Financial Industry is looking for three Backend Java Developer with a strong background in working on AWS hosted web applications. Specifically, a candidate who has worked with AWS EC2, S3, and Lambda. If you have these skills, please consider this role as your next career move.

Responsibilities:
Designs, develops and implements web-based Java applications to support business requirements in a cloud-hosted environment. Follows approved life cycle methodologies, creates design documents, and performs program coding and testing. Resolves technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation. Requires a bachelor's degree in the area of specialty and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Qualifications
-4+ years, strong technology grounding, can work with little direction and deliver a solution. Good communication with supervisor/team, can provide valuable feedback on project
-Fullstack (angular, react, vue.js, understand the pieces of the fullstack)
-Can create a rich user experience
-Backend, java, microservices, spring boot, AWS cloud
-DevOps, Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes (nice to have)
-Big data is a big plus as well, again nice to have (Kafka, snowflake, emr, spark)
