The Marketing Manager will provide advice and support the marketing objectives of the Marketing team within a LOB of the bank. This includes creating, developing and executing complete marketing strategies, which are consistent to brand standards and align with overall BIL lifecycle fiscal plan.


Marketing & Sales Lead Management 30%
• Work with the wider Investorline Marketing team to coordinate and maintain the BIL leads calendar; which details on a monthly level, the campaigns that will drive leads at specific points in time. This provides Sales visibility to marketing generated leads that they can anticipate and allocate within their teams.
• Lead weekly call with Sales team to discuss upcoming campaigns from the leads calendar, review reporting derived from Service Cloud and obtain and collate any feedback.
• If required, collaborate with Sales team to generate and update any reporting from the Service Cloud environment.
• Acting as a conduit, provide feedback to BMO Investorline marketing team regarding marketing leads, optimizing recommending and refining the marketing leads that are sent to our sales partners.
• Work with Senior Marketing Manager to drive forward technology initiatives that provide efficiencies for both marketing and sales, whilst improving customer experience.

Project Management & Execution 40%
• Develop communication strategies with Senior Marketing Manager and obtain approval from key stakeholders.
• Production and submission of campaign briefs for either internal Centre of Excellence (COE) or external agency partners.
• Develop campaign data targeting matrices to identify client groups for targeting and post campaign measurement.
• Review, approve and ownership of campaign work back schedules, for both creative and data, sharing key milestones with stakeholders where necessary.
• Ensure that creative/marketing content adheres to BMO standards and align to project objectives.
• Lead Q/A and UAT prior to campaign deployment
• Manage the approval process from all stakeholders during campaign development through to Q/A from line of business, legal, compliance and translation.
• Provide reporting analysis on campaigns such as clicks, opens, assets acquired etc.
• Recommend campaign improvements to further optimize email and client engagement KPIs.

Experience from one of the top 5 banks a must have

• 4 or more years of relevant experience
• Post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Degree/diploma in marketing, advertising or communications.
• Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.
