This role is a fully remote 6-month contract role.

Responsibilities
• Completes benefit transactions and paid-time-off
• Perform regular audits of all systems and all general administrative tasks
• Act as an assistant to the benefits analyst compiling reports
• Work with leaves of absence vendors
• Review of communications documents and ensure all record are kept up to date
Qualifications
• 5-7 years of experience with and understanding of Group Benefit programs in Canada
• Experience with ADP is preferred
• Strong skills in Word, Outlook & PowerPoint
• Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills (including the ability to do V-lookups and Pivot Tables)
• Must be detail-oriented and multi-tasking
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Maintains a high degree of confidentiality relative to personal data information
