    Responsibilities
    Your responsibilities as Benefits Administrator are but not limited to:
    - Having thorough understanding of the Health Insurance Plans for provinces like Alberta, Ontario and British Columbia and adhering to those standards and compliance
    - Understanding of setting up third party insurers and vendors for the MSP plans
    - Establishing clear pass off between the external partners and internal office team
    - Reviewing the internal health insurance process within the team and laying out clear expectations on them
    - Work will finance team to have clear process on billing health funds, organizing payments for the vision, and manage reconciliation and administration
    - Acting as the connecting key for best practices of billing of provincial health insurance
    - Adhering to the changes and dynamism of the Health insurers and processes internally and externally in timely manner


    Qualifications
    As a Benefits Administrator, you must qualify the following:

     -An administration background with 2-3 years working directly within insurance or healthcare industry
    - Strong attention to detail
    - Understanding of claims and health insurance plans for Ontario, Alberta and BC
     -An ability to think outside the norm and find creative solutions to business challenges
    - Relationship building skills
     -A demonstration of the ability to work cross functionally
     -Ability to administrate many projects at the same time.
     -Well organized and able to work well under pressure and to tight timelines
     -Strong IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
