Are you a French bilingual candidate looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a busy, autonomous environment? We are looking for an account administrator for a world leader in commercial property insurance in Vaughan. In this role you will have strong focus on client service and support.

As the account assistant you will be reconciling client information, processing business requests, validating client information, resolving issues and concerns, entering data, work on assignments and projects as assigned, and other general office support as required. You will be working on a collaborative team and will be reporting into the department Manager. If you are looking for a role that combines customer service, business analysis, and administrative support, this role is for you!

The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• French bilingual working capacity is a must have, written and verbal
• Exceptional communication skills, with verbal and written proficiency
• Strong attention to detail and top notch time management skills
• 2-3 years of previous customer service experience in a medium-large office environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft suite (testing will be provided, and only candidates with advanced results will be selected)
• Ability to work independently and willing to assist where needed
• Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks
