Are you a recent accounting or commerce graduate looking for an opportunity to develop your skills in a corporate environment? Are you fully bilingual in French and English, and have a keen attention for detail? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you!

We are currently looking for a Bilingual Accounting Associate to support our client, a leading professional services firm, in their Gloucester, ON office. In this role you will work full time hours on contract which will ideally turn into a permanent role based on performance.

The main focus of this role is support Accounts Receivable activities, applying payments from clients to the appropriate account in our internal software:

• Handle cash application activities
• Follow up with clients on open receivables
• Produce broker statements and other accounts receivable related reports

Qualifications
• Fully bilingual in French and English (oral and written)
• 2+ years of previous accounting experience, preferably in an Accounts Receivable environment

• Understanding of billing/invoices processes
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team and independently
• Must be comfortable working with large data sets
