Are you an accounting professional with previous experience handling accounts receivable and collections activities for a large organization? Are you fluently bilingual in French and English? Would you jump for an opportunity to work for a leading Canadian company whose brand is a household name? If so, we have an amazing opportunity for you!

We are currently looking for a Bilingual Accounts Receivable Clerk - Collections to support our client, a leading Canadian telecommunications and media firm, in their downtown Montreal office. In this role you will work full time hours on a 12 month assignment, and earn a pay rate of $21 per hour. As a Bilingual Accounts Receivable Clerk - Collections you will be responsible or the following:

- Collection of accounts (all platforms: Radio, TV, Out of Home, Digital ). Large portfolios.
- Respond to Sales Department queries
- Respond to Customer queries
- Client Account reconciliations
- Update to client profiles (ie: address changes, new contacts, special features Auto Email)
- Update assigned collectors lists; new clients & changes within the team
- Create paperwork and file updates for post-dated or recurring credit card schedules
- Creates client profiles in Moneris-Vault
- Prepare radio invoices for mailing
- Sort and distribute team mail
- Back up for radio deposit and cash applications
- Back-Up: Process deposits ( Radio, FSTV & OOH ) via BMO Scanner / DepositEdge
- Various clerical processes as required

Qualifications
• 2+ years of previous collections experience
• Fully bilingual in both French and English (written and verbal)
• Strong relationship building, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
• Previous experience handling B2B collections within a large organization is preferred
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
