We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented A/R lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounts receivable departments. This would include communicating with customers regarding invoicing, collections of funds and account maintenance. This role will report to the Finance Director and include month-end reporting support.
This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in the office at the beautiful Oakville office located near the QEW and Winston Churchill Dr.

Responsibilities
- Manage the cash application process, ensuring timely and accurate recording of customer payments
- Perform monthly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records and support director in month end reporting
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and manage customer accounts
- Conduct new customer account opening and credit verification process
Qualifications
Ideal to have 5+ years of direct experience in accounts receivable
Proficient in cash applications and account reconciliation process
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of accounting software and systems
Wide range of accounting experience
