Are you looking for an opportunity to work within a banking environment? This could be the ideal position for you! Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant for a 1-2-month contract in Downtown Montreal!

Pay: $18.51/Hr
Shifts: Office Hours - Monday to Friday, 8h30-17h00

As a Bilingual Administrative Assistant, your job duties will include but not be limited to:

- Answering inbound calls on the phone and greeting clients in an open and friendly manner
- Provide excellent and accurate service to clients and respond to their needs by being attentive and listening to their demands
- Perform administrative duties to help the Management team: manage office stationery orders, schedule boardroom meetings, and provide support to the Branch Administrator when required
