Are you fluent in English & French with bilingual administrative and customer service experience? Are you looking to work in Downtown Toronto? Are you looking for an opportunity that would allow you to grow in the role?

We are looking for a confident, bilingual (French & English) rockstar with a background of administration and customer service.

This is a posting for temporary, permanent and contract type roles. We are proactively looking for candidates for upcoming opportunities with our clients in the corporate and not for profit sectors.

Your major responsibilities would include:
• Coordination of appointments for clients and their team.
• Auditing and investigating service requests and timelines ensuring compliance.
• Responding to inquiries over email and/or over the phone.
• Data Entry - pulling reports and entering information into the system.
• Sorting and managing calendars as required.
• Being a professional first point of contact at the Front Desk
• Managing the booking and organization of the meeting room
• Mail/Courier processing as well as monitoring email requests via the website.
• Report production for weekly and monthly meetings
• Coordination of printing and binding of corporate documents

Qualifications:
• 1 - 2+ years of administrative and customer support experience in an office setting
• Excellent communication skills in French and English - fluent reading, writing, and speaking
• Tech savvy, with great attention to detail
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Customer service oriented personality and a willingness to go above and beyond
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Self-starter attitude with an eagerness to learn
• Completed post-secondary degree
