Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Administrative Assistant, your duties will be:
•Being responsible for supporting the Documentation team with company client contracts.
•Identifying documents that need to be scanned, tracking the documents throughout the process and sending those files to our offsite filing facility.
Qualifications
•Bilingualism (French and English – written and spoken)
•Being team oriented and collaborative
•You have excellent PC skills and know your way around Word and Excel
•Solid ability to organize and prioritize activities to ensure key objectives are met
•Excellent and effective communication
•Excellent interpersonal skills
