We have an incredible opportunity for you to join one of the largest health organizations in Canada, a great company with even better people. Just an all around spectacular place to work. Conveniently right off of Highway 401 near Oshawa, this would be a minimum term of 6 months and our client intends for this role to go permanent. Hours of work Monday to Friday during the day, paying $18-22/hour, if the transition to permanent occurs there is usually an increase.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:

-Invoicing (up to 100 invoices per day)
-Matching, batching, coding
-Calculating adjustments accordingly
-Following vendor processes and policies
-Processing reports
-Responding/Resolving to vendor inquiries

Requirements - role requires no working experience but the candidate should have accounting/finance secondary education

-Must be able to learn quickly and have a strong memory, will need to remember adjustment policies per certain clients
-Data entry must be over (7,500KPH)
-Beginner to intermediate Excel
-Friendly, outgoing, personable, this is a fun team which is very deadline driven! Work now play later attitude
