Responsibilities
- Develop, plan and facilitate committees according to the established governance in order to provide visibility on the progress of the project (scope, timelines, budgets, risks, decisions) and obtain the required support from partners and managers involved in the project;
- Produce an accountability adapted to the context (just enough, just in time);
- Create the right conditions for a successful team;
- Eliminate obstacles and ensure close collaboration between the various
stakeholders;
- Ensure that the implementation teams are functional, productive and that they improve

Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Have managed budget of 1 to 2 million.
- Technology used: Azure Devops / Service Now / Opex
- 5 to 10 years in project management, including a minimum of 3 years in an agile context; (Intermediate profile desired).
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- Concrete experience in the application of agile principles in the Scrum or Scrumban framework (ceremonies, artifacts, etc.);
- Experience in managing projects involving multiple stakeholders from multiple sectors;
- Real-world experience in agile and traditional accountability;
- Concrete experience in the application of best practices (e.g., recognized repository) in project management;
- Knowledge and understanding of the LEAN philosophy.
Assets:
- PMP Certification;
- Scrum Master certification;
- SAFE certification;
- Knowledge of the financial industry.
