Forget about that retail job and work right downtown with a view of Parliament Hill!
Our client in the Research and Development industry is looking for Bilingual Outbound Call Centre Agents. You must be a motivated, dynamic individual who is ready to connect with people to complete surveys and build rapport while doing so! This is an excellent opportunity if you are simply looking for a second career or if you are a student looking for stable steady work as this position offers amazing flexibility.
If this sounds like the job for you, you could start as soon as June 11th!

Responsibilities:

- You will be making outbound calling to local residents
- You will need to complete surveys in a timely manner
- Achieving pre-established goals (not sales) will be important
- Once the calls are complete, you’ll document your findings
- Maintaining professionalism over the phone with call recipients is key

- This position pays 14$ as a base + 2.10$ per hour for French interactions + additional amounts for incentives

(Must be available to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week)

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- You must be bilingual in English and French
- No direct call center experience is required
-You must be available to work shifts between Tuesday -Friday 12:00PM to 9:00PM and Saturdays 11:00AM to 5:00PM
- Good listening skills and computer skills
- Must be able to type accurately and at an above average pace
- Experience in retail, fast food, or call centers is a definite asset
- Customer Service experience is an asset
