Randstad is looking to hire a motivated and driven Bilingual Call Centre Supervisor!

As a Bilingual Call Centre Supervisor, you will...
-Provide daily direction and communicate with employees so that inbound calls are answered in a timely and efficient manner
-Provide coaching and feedback sessions by suggesting methods for areas of improvement
-Engage team members and administer performance reviews
-Handle escalations in a professional manner
-Foster a friendly environment and maintain a high-quality setting for team members to perform at their highest level

What are we looking for?
-Minimum of 2 years experience working as a call centre supervisor/team lead
-Motivated, detail-oriented, and able to lead a team
-Energetic individual with ability to meet KPIs and provide guidance where needed
-Able to work flexible hours
-Be the first point of contact for customers and clients
-Able to help achieve metrics and answer customer inquiries via phone and email
