We're looking for fluently bilingual customer service reps who have a desire to build lasting customer relationships. Training hours are to be determined.
Operational hours must be flexible for shift work and weekends.

Job Description:

- Receiving inbound calls about consumer inquiries
- Data Entry and logging content of each call
- Achieving pre-established goals (not sales)
- Documenting interactions with callers
- Maintaining professionalism over the phone with all callers

Qualifications


- Bilingualism (English/French) is a must for this role
- Clear communication over the phone and exceptional listening skills
- Good listening skills and computer skills
- Must be able to type accurately and at an above average pace
- Experience in Retail would be a good asset
- Experience in the Fashion Industry would be a good asset
- Experience in the Fast Food industry would be a great asset
- Direct call center experience is a strong asset,
- Customer Service experience is an asset
