Do you have previous customer service experience? Are you Bilingual in French and English with excellent communication skills on the phone? Are you looking to gain experience within a banking environment? If so, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Bilingual Call Centre Representative for a 3 month contract in Montreal!

Pay: $17.34/hour
Hours: Monday to Friday from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm

As a Bilingual Call Centre Representative your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Presenting car loan payout statements over the phone to car dealerships
- Providing excellent customer service over the phone
- Follow in-house banking procedures
- Work within a teamwork environment

- Work for a top 5 bank in Canada
