About this job
•Located in Fredericton, New Brunswick
•Full time hours (37.5 hours/week)
•Operating hours are Monday to Friday
• Flexible to assist remotely if urgent issues arise during the weekend coverage

What will the Bilingual Call Centre Supervisor role entail?
In this role, you’ll be supervising 3 separate teams of agents.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
•Managing day to day Contact Centre operations such as:
o Staffing
o Scheduling
o Quality Control
o Reporting
o Etc.
•Generating operational reviews (bi-weekly/quarterly)
•Meeting with the clients
•Coordinating training
•Other duties as required

Qualifications
Are you the right fit?
•Bilingual in French and English
•Minimum 3 years of contact centre management experience (i.e. supervisor or manager)
•You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
•You excel at multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment
•You know Microsoft’s suite of products well
