    We're looking for a motivated individual who is looking to start a new chapter in their career as a Bilingual Claims Examiner in Winnipeg.

    Responsibilities
    - Review, investigate and reach a decision on Canadian Health and Dental claims that abide by the group policies
    - Make telephone calls to health and dental service providers for claims that lack information
    - Will have to make accurate payment decisions in accordance to adjudication guidelines
    - Abides by the values of the Consumer's view: Integrity, Partnership, and Communities

    Qualifications
    - Minimum keyboarding speed of 35 wpm
    - Must be able to handle large volumes of work with a high level of accuracy
    - Strong attention to detail
    - Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French (Bilingual)
    - Candidate will be a strong team player and also be able to work independently.
    - Reliable team member with good attendance
    - Customer Service Focused
