    The Bilingual Claims Examiner role is a remote work position based in Vancouver.

    To be successful in this role as a Bilingual Claims Examiner, we are looking for the individual who is detail orientated and able to work independently. They also need the ability to work with high volumes of work at a high level of detail accuracy.

    Responsibilities
    The Bilingual Claims Examiner will:

    - Review, investigate and adjudicate Canadian Health and Dental claims in accordance with Group policy contracts
    - Conduct telephone calls to health and dental service providers for incomplete claims information
    - Make accurate payment decisions according to adjudication guidelines

    Qualifications
    As a Bilingual Claims Examiner, you will bring:

    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
    - High school diploma with 2 years post-secondary education
    - Minimum keyboarding speed of 40 wpm
    - Customer Service Focused
    - Handle large volumes of work with high level of accuracy
    - Proven organizational skills
    - Able to work in a team environment as well as independently
    - Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; web-based applications
