Responsibilities
- Manage relationship for about 30-40 client accounts
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers/partners
- Act as a liaison between the dealerships and internal teams, such as product development and marketing
- Address customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and communicate opportunities for customer retention and growth
- Stay informed of industry developments and trends to better serve the clients
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and dealer open houses
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and French
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or account management role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
- Experience with powersports products and services is a plus
- Sales or marketing background a plus

Salary: $23 - $27 hourly
Location: Downtown Montreal, Hybrid Position
Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
