Responsibilities
As a bilingual Client Success Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Analyze the operations while responding to calls and emails of the customers regarding their orders, their satisfaction and general questions about the invoices and products
- Provide customer satisfaction excellence by creating a positive image and memorable impression on the phone.
- Promptly assist customers in a professional, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient manner.
Identify customer needs using relationship upselling techniques.
- Identify the issues, create strategies and build model to improve practices in customer service
Qualifications
To be successful in this role as a Client Success Specialist, you must have the following skills and experience:
- Fluently Bilingual French and English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service
- Excellent analytical and organizations skills to create recommendations and planning
- Able to go Ville St-Laurent office
- Be able to identify opportunities and offer the best solution to customers.
- Great handling of call volume, and customer inquiries and complaints.
- Retail experience is an asset
- ecommerce experience is an asset
