We are working with one of the Big 4 who are looking to hire a Bilingual Collector to join their team downtown Toronto.


What will your typical day look like? In this role you will work with and have great exposure to various internal and external clients. You will ensure we continue to provide a professional service to all clients while using your influencing and negotiating skills to ensure we receive payments in a timely manner and bring any risky situations to resolution. You will also be involved in system enhancements and other ad hoc projects working in a fast paced dynamic environment.

The team spans across Canada with most colleagues sitting in Toronto or Montreal. This is a 20 person team nationally. This position is based in the core of downtown.

Qualifications
University degree or College diploma, with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in credit & collection. • Excellent communication skills in both French and English • Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for numbers and accuracy. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to establish priorities in a fast paced environment • Strong negotiation skills and judgment when dealing with sensitive client matters with the guidance of the Team Lead • Strong ability to problem solve and to make decisions within the parameters of their role. • Ability to deal with all levels within the organization • High level of attention.
