Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Contact Centre Representative, your duties may include but not be limited to:
•Receiving calls regarding wire transfers, credit card products, bank statement queries, etc.
•Identifying and understanding basic customer needs
•Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
•Being a second level escalation point for handling more complex issues
•Delivering fair outcomes through orderly and transparent operation of financial markets
•Providing guidance to Operations Risk and Administration Associates, Personal Bankers, and Premium Bankers.
•Providing operational and administrative support to the Personal Financial Services business.
•Identifying and effectively addressing topics including Money Laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions, complaint handling, and reputational risks
•Delivering exceptional customer experiences
Qualifications
•6 months of relevant experience
•Fluency in French and English, with higher proficiency in French
•Effective skills in Microsoft Office
•Effective communication and customer service skills
•Excellent interpersonal skills to support the building of strong and diverse relationships
•Proven effective time management and organizational skills
Nice to have:
•Banking industry experience with financial products
