Are you bilingual in French and English? Do you have previous customer service experience and are looking to get your foot in the door within a Top 5 Bank? If so, we may have the role for you!

Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Bilingual Contact Center Representative for a 12 month contract in Toronto (work from home). This contract has a strong chance to extend or convert to a permanent role based on performance!

Pay: $19.85/hour
Hours: Mon-Fri 8 am 5 pm.

As a Bilingual Contact Center Representative your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Respond to inbound
- Execution of sales through internal and external leads to support the growth, retention and profitability of banking customers
- Achieve planned adherence and average handle time goals to ensure service levels are achieved
- Ensure administrative and call quality control is completed at an above average level.
- Elevate through the proper channels and manage the completion all related Pricing requests within established timeliness
- Responsible for responding to customer inquiries on our products & services.
- Ensure to follow up on customer concerns within a timely fashion.
- Handle and resolve complaints

Must Haves:
- 2 years customer service experience
- 2 years sales experience

Nice to have:
- Call center experience

- Able to work under minimal supervision, and under pressure
- Excellent phone techniques and, good aptitude to communicate effectively
- Demonstrate tact, diplomacy and patience towards customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good working knowledge of sales, credit and pricing policies
- Strong customer-centric approach.
- Knowledge of Merchant Services industry.
- Working knowledge of practices and procedures as related to Visa Canada.
