Are you a Bilingual, French and English speaking individual, looking for a new opportunity with a well established organization in the Milton area? We are currently in search of individuals with experience in Customer Service, Shipping and Receiving, Logistics, or Office Administration for a Bilingual Traffic Coordinator role.

You will be a main point of contact for various government agencies, coordinating shipping between various locations. This is a very critical role with access to sensitive information, and as such you will be required to pass a government clearance

If you are selected for this amazing opportunity in the Milton area you will be responsible for the following

- Customer communication through phone and email
- Maintaining and updating customer account information
- Scheduling, tracking, and receiving shipments
- Preparing shipping and receiving slips, and logging information in internal system
- Creating and sending monthly reports, and quarterly forecasts

- Permanent opportunity in the Milton area
- Competitive salary of $45,000 to $50,000 per year
- Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Benefits available after 3 months

- 5+ years experience in an Administrative capacity, Customer Service, or Shipping and Receiving
- Clear communication, written and oral, in both English and French
- Successful pass of a government clearance
- Results oriented individual capable of taking direction and criticism
- Experienced with Microsoft office - Excel in particular
- OSSD or Post Secondary Certificate/Diploma
- Forklift experience considered an asset
