Responsibilities
Prepare the annual work plans of the Board and the associated committees, as well as the schedule of meetings
Prepare and participate in the meetings of the Board and the associated committees: agendas, mailing kits, minutes, etc.;
Support, if necessary, the members of the Council for the drafting of reports and letters;
Ensure the good administrative management of the Board, namely the orientation of new members, the follow-up and payment of fees, the planning of travel arrangements, the preparation of accounts and expense reports, the updating of files and databases data, etc. ;
Keep the documentary space dedicated to the Board up to date;
Ensure that the activities of the Board of Directors comply with the governance and regulations of Groupe Média TFO.
Qualifications
Bilingual (French & English)
College, university degree or relevant experience
5 to 7 years of working experience as a Board or Council secretary
Attention to detail, organized and positive attitude
Experience working with Google suite apps
