Our client in the international transport industry is seeking a motivated, dynamic candidate, who is passionate for the aviation industry and holds experience as a bilingual customer service specialist!
Salary: $20/hour
Availability to work: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Contract till end of September 2023 (possibility of extension )
ONSITE TRAINING : 1 MONTH in Downtown Montreal office (5 days )
After training : Hybrid mode (3 days at the office in Montreal, and 2 days at home)
Industry: aviation and travel
Bilingualism is a must for one of the following :
-English and Spanish OR
-English and Portuguese

Responsibilities
What are the main responsibilities of Bilingual Customer Care Specialist in Montreal looks like:
-Build and manage relationship with international corporate clients
-Ensure all customer action are covered and documented, validated, account details archived with accuracy and timely manner.
- Solve problems, make agreements and find solutions
-Making bank deposits and data entry
-Collecting bills and other outstanding invoices from clients by way of Sales Forces cases, telephone collection and emails.
-Escalate calls, chat or emails to any unresolved customer issue’s in order to meet their requirements within the time scales
Qualifications
What are we looking for this role as Bilingual Customer Care Specialist ?
- 3+ years of experience in customer service environment utilizing various channels (Phone, Chat, CRM System)
-Corporate experience in a call center environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
-Excellent customer service skills and high level of professionalism
-Experience with Salesforce or SAP, is an asset
- Bilingualism is a must (English + Portuguese OR English+ Spanish
Summary
Hybrid Bilingual Customer Care Specialist - Downtown Montreal
