Bilingual Customer Service Representative and Administrator in Mississauga!

Are you a computer-savvy customer service professional with clerical and a knack for Math? Do you have the ability to deliver quality work under defined time period? Would you like to work in Mississauga?

If the answer to any of the above is YES, we have the position for you!

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for a well-established Power Tools selling company, located in Mississauga. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be required to assist customers and resolve their issues while maintaining orders with excellent attention to details.

This is a permanent opportunity. We are looking for an individual in the Mississauga area with availability to start
in the October!

What YOU will be doing as a Customer Service Representative:

-Maintain accuracy and makes necessary corrections while processing orders
-Matches and sorts orders to prepare for invoice processing
-Answers customers’ queries by phone or emails
-Work as part of a team in an office environment
-Processes return goods requests
-Deal with customer calls and emails

Qualifications
What YOU bring to the role of Bilingual Customer Service Representative:

- Must be Bilingual in French and English (spoken & written)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Order processing experience is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with customer focus
- Proficiency in calculating figures and amounts
- Excellent organization, time management and detail orientation
