    We are looking for bilingual customer service representatives to work for a large Canadian company!

    Salary: $21 - $24 per hour, upon experience
    Schedule: 9 to 5 or 8 to 4 Monday to Friday, possibility of overtime only if needed
    Location: on site at the office located in downtown Montreal

    Responsibilities
    As a bilingual customer service agent - B2B, you will:

    Answering customers' calls
    Follow up on their orders
    Answering and forwarding billing questions
    Manage customer accounts and provide outstanding service
    Process payments and complete applications and account openings via the in-house CRM system

    Qualifications
    As a bilingual customer service agent - B2B, you must possess the following qualifications:

    - Pay close attention to detail
    - Ability to be well organized
    - Ability to work with Excel (basic)
    - Experience in customer service
    - Enjoy doing data entry
    - Bilingual in French and English
    - Experience in logistics (an asset)

    Summary
