    As a Costumer service representative/ E-commerce Agent, you will be responsible for responding to delivery emails and following up on customer orders by email and over the phone, whether it is before or after their online purchase

    Salary: $18 per hour
    Schedule: Monday to Sunday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (different possibilities in terms of shifts)
    Full time / 37.5 hours per week

    Responsibilities
    As a Costumer service representative / E-commerce, you will provide solutions regarding customer inquiries and orders. The tasks you will perform include:

    -Respond to emails and calls and follow up with customers regarding their online shopping 
    -Provide quality customer service and find solutions for clients 
    -Inform customers about current policies and promotions and applying them




    Qualifications

    - Perfectly bilingual (oral and written)
    - Positive and respectful attitude
    - Basic computer knowledge and speed of execution
    - Be detail-oriented
