Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40hours/week
Salary: $43,680- $47,840
Please note that exceptional bilingual proficiency in both French and English, encompassing strong oral and written communication skills is required. This is crucial as you will be responsible for managing customer relationships with clients who exclusively speak either French or English.

- Manage incoming calls and requests
- Provide after-sales service
- Address client inquiries

Qualifications
- Bilingual (French and English)
- 2-3 years relevant experience in call center customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Geographic knowledge or map-reading
- Automotive industry knowledge is an asset
- Strong communication skills
