- 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
Under the direction of the co-owner, this position is responsible for physically and telephonically greeting visitors and following up on orders. More specifically:
- Enter new orders into the computer system;
- Manage the "Orders" email inbox and ensure follow-ups;
- Take calls and is responsible for the physical reception of visitors;
- Follow up with the scheduler and confirm production and delivery dates to customers;
- Submit for approval the returns of merchandise (RMA), and proceed to the credits of invoicing for the customers;
- Ensure invoicing;
- Act as the person in charge of subcontracting (purchases / orders)
- Collaborate with the team on various projects and ad hoc requests;
- All other tasks aimed at improving the efficiency of the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service
- Bilingualism
- Proficiency in the Office suite
- Adaptability; ability to work in a constantly changing environment
- Collaborative spirit / Teamwork
- Customer oriented
- Organizational and planning skills
