    Join a large medical company! Your task will be to assist customers to follow up on their orders and to contact them to ensure they are satisfied with the product and services. You will inform them about the services and explain the benefits and features in different situations. No sales are required !

    Salary: 20$ per hour

    Working hours:

    8:00am to 8:00pm Monday to Friday
    9:00am to 5:00pm Saturday and Sunday.
    You Must be flexible, working any 8 hour shift within 5 consecutive days.

    - Full Time (37.5h)

    Workplace: Work from the comfort of your home

    Remote Training: Combination of training and transition periods, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., for two to four days.

    Start of employment: ASAP

    Responsibilities
    As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for contacting customers, answering their questions and following up on their orders. In particular, you will:

    - Follow up in a timely manner to ensure effective customer service satisfaction and respond to their inquiries.
    - Make replacements when necessary
    - Reinforce the value of the product and service on every call.



    Qualifications
    The required skills for the position are as follows:

    - Must be fluent in French and English (oral and written).
    - People oriented and comfortable following up with clients
    - Excellent oral and written communication skills, requiring patience, courtesy and professionalism with our clients
    - Willingness to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment
    - Ability to navigate various applications (Microsoft Office, Work, Excel, Outlook)
    - Excellent telephone rapport building and ethoqeute skills.


    Summary
    Salary: 20$ per hour
