Our client, a leading health technology firm, at their office in Markham is looking for a Bilingual Order Entry and Customer Service Specialist. You will work full-time hours and earn $22.74 per hour on a 4-month contract (with the possibility of extension), and be responsible for the following:

• Prepare quotes for our account managers (internal customers)
• Convert a customer's purchase order into an order into SAP
• Recognize the order intake
• Initiate all the steps for such order to be executed, delivered to the customer, and associated revenue recognized by the organization
• Focal point for the sales inquiries, such as administrative processes, and support on issues to reach resolution
• Control point for corporation by reviewing individual orders and ensuring compliance to corporate processes & policies as well as general business principles

• Gain experience working for a globally recognized health tech firm
• Earn the competitive rate $22.74 per hour
• Work full-time hours on a 4-month assignment (with the possibility of extension)
• Markham Location

• College Business diploma
• Bilingual in French and English
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Computer literate
• Knowledge of SAP required
• Knowledge or SalesForce an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French language preferred
• Ability to work cohesively and effectively with employees at all levels / departments of the organizations
• Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and prioritize
• Above average organizational skills to effectively meet deadlines
• Ability to work effectively within a defined structure
