Responsibilities
- Reporting on all audit results at the customer level with historical results to measure progression
- Prepare Business review for overall program and share opportunities, risk and sustainable profit improvement plans.
- Constantly work with Operations to ensure shipping are following protocols
- Ensures shipping progress and handles any customer service issue or inquiry
- Develops and maintains excellent relationship with internal and external clients
- Offer all information required to the shipping and set deadlines
- All other QA and customer service task related
Qualifications
- highly organised, competent and able to learn quickly
- bilingual
- available from 8am to 4pm
- able to travel to the office
- Excel skills are an asset
- logistics knowledge an asset
