Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a busy, autonomous environment? We are looking for a BILINGUAL customer service assistant, with a strong focus on client service. This role is based in the Vaughan area but will be REMOTE for the first few months pending Covid-19 safety updates.

In this position you would be reconciling client information, processing business requests, validate client information, resolve issues and concerns, data entry, and general office support. If you have strong Bilingual communication and are advanced with Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook then apply within. The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• Exceptional communication skills, with verbal and written proficiency both ENGLISH & FRENCH
• Strong attention to detail and top notch time management skills
• 2-3 years of previous customer service experience in a medium-large office environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft suite (testing will be provided, and only candidates with advanced results will be selected)
• Ability to work independently and willing to assist where needed
• Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks

• Come from a high volume call center background (Asset)
• Disciplined, Patient, willing to learn and looking to grow
• STRONG with technology
• Advanced in Microsoft Office
