We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to work in the east end of Ottawa. You’ll be responsible for providing world class customer service to customers in store, and over the phone! This Ottawa office is a great space to work and we know you’ll love it here!

Responsibilities
What you'll need to do here:
- Greet/assist customers on site
- Answer incoming calls/emails
- Enter any orders into the CRM system
- Help schedule and coordinate service calls
- Perform follow-up calls with customers
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
What you'll need to be successful:
- 2-3 years of retail or other fast paced customer service expereince
- Bilingualism in French and English would be an asset
- Track record of customer success
- High level of comfort with MS Office suite
- knowledge of home repair/construction would be an asset
