Our partner, a leader in the memorabilia and marketing products industry, is actively looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their Ville Saint-Laurent team.
This is a contract-to-hire job (temporary position that becomes permanent after probation) that will allow you to step into a different industry and learn something new while still allowing you to use your Customer Service experience.

Schedule: Mon to Fri 8:30 to 5 *onsite only*

Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries via phone and email
Process orders while ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Follow up open orders to ensure swift fulfillment
Work in close collaboration with the Sales team and the US customer service team
Create, maintain update, and reconcile spreadsheets and reports
Prepare documents and presentations
Manage routine processes and correspondence
Order office supplies
Assist with budget preparation
Qualifications
Bilingualism is a must: English level: advanced. French level: intermediate/advanced
Minimum 2 yrs experience in customer service
Great communication and professionalism
Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (create spreadsheets, simple formulas, reports)
Attention to detail
Good sense of priorities and organization
Resourceful and able to adapt
