- Bilingual Customer Service Representative / Inbound Call Center Agent (English/French)

- North York, Toronto

- Training starts July 22nd, 2019

Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday
8:00am - 7:00pm (scheduled for 8.5 hour shift, rotational basis)

Pay rate: $16 per hour

In this role, you will be receiving inbound calls from customers. You will be working with a top manufacturer of household and commercial products. Training will be provided. There is no outbound calls or sales calls.

Responsibilities include:
• Addressing customer inquiries, tracking shipments, payment issues, basic technical support, promotions, up-selling and cross-selling
• Thoroughly document all customer communication on computer

You will not be scheduled more than 8.5 hours a day and more than 5 days a week, flexibility is needed based on call volumes.
