We are looking for Bilingual Customer Experience Representative to work in Nepean. You’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service to callers over the phone and via email! This office is a great space to work and we know you’ll love it here!

Position: Bilingual Customer Service Experience Representative
Duration: contract (potential for permanence)
Location: Nepean, Ontario - In office with potential of hybrid after 3 months
Salary: $19.50 + 4% vacation pay
Schedule: Full-time - Day Shift - Monday to Friday 7:30 to 4:30pm
Afternoon Shift- Monday to Friday 12:30 to 9pm
Weekend shifts with 2 days off in the weekday
Paid Training: 4 - 6 Weeks , Monday to Friday.
Start Date : June 5th

- Receive calls or emails on client inquires in both French and English
