Monday - Friday (no weekends)
8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (full time, rotational shifts)

Salary: $38,500 
Hourly rate: $19.74 per hour 

Job Description:
- Call centre environment, taking inbound customer service inquiries regarding clients online insurance and benefits accounts, claims, company services and policies. 
- Provide knowledgeable assistance to clients over the phone and up sell additional company service- Provide first call resolution to clients.  
- Create a warm, and pleasant experience for clients
- Achieve quality service by assessing & responding to client needs

The successful applicant would have:
- Strong verbal and written English/French communication skills
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Ability to navigate web applications, computer/tech savvy- Ability to work in a face paced environment, be adaptable, and multitask. 
- Successful completion of criminal background check if hired (processed internally)
