We are currently recruiting for Bilingual Customer Service Officers.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Providing superior customer service to the clients via portal, email and phone responding to all inquiries within specified timeframes.
- Managing all issues and title discrepancies with the client, mortgage specialist and lender if required
- Completing necessary follow up to ensure that closing date is met
- Reviewing incoming documentation, including ensuring pertinent details are recorded in the relevant database
- Preparing and sending out final reports to lender

- Moncton location
- Professional work environment
- 1 month contract - possibility of extension
- Rotating shifts between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm
- Full time hours - 37.5/hours week
- Monday to Friday
- Call Centre setting
- Start date : ASAP

- Excellent communication skills in English and French
- Previous experience in the financial and/or legal environment
- Graduate of a law clerk/legal admin program or equivalent experience is considered an asset
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency with the MS Office products
- Strong problem solving skills
