Looking for a short term assignment? Our client, a leader in the benefits/insurance industry, is looking for 4 customer service agents for their call center in downtown Montreal.

You will be responsible for:
- Answering calls from clients, resolving issues, and responding to inquiries related retirement plans
- Building and maintaining a professional relationship with all participants
- Navigating in different systems and providing clients with appropriate information as needed

Great for anyone looking for a short term contract before the end of summer!

Location : Downtown Montreal (Square Victoria metro)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
6 week assignment
November 4, 2019 start date
rolling shifts from 8am to 8pm
Hours : 37.5 hours per week
Salary : 16.18$/h

- Bilingualism is mandatory (French and English) - Written and Spoken;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center position ( In a bank);
