Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Hybrid mode : 2 days office Brossard
Duration: 6-month contract with possibility of permanency
Salary : $20 -$28 /hour depending experience
Schedule, Monday to Friday, 40 hours, 8 am to 5 pm

Qualifications
The successful candidate should have:
Excellent communication skills in both English and French
Strong organizational skills
Strong customer service orientation
Technical proficiency, including proficiency in MS Office
Experience with cross-selling and providing excellent customer service
