Responsibilities
As a bilingual customer service representative, you will be responsible for the followings:
- Responding to calls and emails of the customers regarding their orders, their satisfaction and general questions about products.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing valuable information and creating a memorable impression
- Proceeding Invoices and transactions.
- Managing client accounts
- Completing related tasks
Qualifications
In order to succeed as Bilingual Customer Service Representative, here’s what you need:
- Fluently Bilingual French and English (spoken and written).
- Ability to identify solutions for customer complaints
- Handling of call volume, complaints and customer inquiries.
- Active listening, understanding client’s needs.
- Customer service experience with products is an asset.
