    Job Title:
    Bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Representative

    Location:
    Remote - work from home - anywhere in Quebec

    Hours:
    Must be available to work Monday-Friday
    8am-8pm EST (rotational schedule)
    This is a permanent, full time position.

    Salary: $43K to $45.8K

    Start date: October 19th

    Interview Date: Monday September 19th

    Responsibilities
    - Bilingual call center (English/French)
    - Respond to customer service inquiries regarding customer insurance products and services
    - Provide competent support to customers by phone and email

    - Ensure quality service by assessing and responding to customer needs
    - Entering call/email details into a case tracking system

    Qualifications
    - Excellent communication skills in English and French (verbal and written)
    - Minimum 3 years previous experience in Customer service, or call centre is required
    - Strong problem-solving skills
    - Tech savvy and working knowledge of computers
    - Full time and flexible availability
    - Wired internet connection (Ethernet cable)
