    Randstad is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to work for a benefits company in the Etobicoke area. This is a permanent full-time position


    Start Date: ASAP!
    Hybrid work model - 2 days a week in the office (Tues/Wed)
    Pay: $21.30/ hour
    Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 8:30 am- 5pm ( with potential rotational shifts until 7pm)
    Equipment provided by the company

    Responsibilities
    - Handling inbound calls and email from customers
    - Providing customers with details about their benefits coverage
    - Assisting customers with product information as they change providers
    - Updating customers accounts after every transaction
    - Pass along escalations to higher ups
    - Provide top not service on every dayy

    Qualifications
    - Bilingual in French and English is MANDATORY
    - Call center experience
    - Customer Service experience
    - Tech savvy
    - Professional and a team player
