Responsibilities
Job duties of a Bilingual Customer Service Representative are, but not limited to:
- Taking inbound calls and emails from high volume of from customers
- Front line tech support, and troubleshooting
- Dispatching requests for technicians
- Updating customer accounts
- Provide product knowledge on all products including warranty information and product exchanges
- Adhere to key performance metrics/targets
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual in French and English both written and verbally
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Parts & Service experience is an asset
- Good team player and comfortable working under pressure
- Experience working in a fast paced environment, or high call volume call center
- Tech Savvy, able to work across multiple systems and multiple screens
