Position: Customer Service Representative
Contract: 4 months
Salary: $21/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6:15 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Providing accurate information about promotions, products, services, and policies
- Assisting customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Must be Bilingual ( FRENCH and ENGLISH)
- Must have Call Center Experience
- E-commerce Experience
- Experience in Chat is an asset
- Be tech savvy ( Computer knowledge and MS Office 365 )
- Be available from Monday-Sunday
- Must have your own Smartphone and working Laptop/PC
